What’s the healthiest diet I’ve every tried? And will I ever go back?

I was regularly watching 4 news outlets a day and I would listen to NPR in the morning, check some New York Times highlights.  Then for contrast, check out CNN. 

Usually in the afternoon, there would be some BBC, and at night, there’d be some New York Times again.

Then usually some sort of news comedy late night thing also.

And of course, all the texts and things that people send throughout the day. Due to recent events, I decided, you know what, life will keep going if I give myself a break

LOL, that’s what my cat told me anyway, and he’s totally relaxed. He’s fine. 

So I decided there’s an oscillation that happens that keeps us healthy, right? Our eyes blink. Our hearts beat. We’re awake, we’re asleep, we’re exercising, we’re chilling, right? 

Or we’re eating something healthy and then maybe having a martini, right?

This oscillation I realized is something that perhaps I needed with regard to my news diet as well. 

So I slated a time to get re-engaged, but then what was going to be a one week hiatus has turned into a multi week hiatus, which has also helped create a lot of space in my mind so that I could be better at my art as well because the show I’m doing right now is pretty intense.
